Ali’i Kayaks’ operates four tours daily Mon - Sat. Wailua is a sacred valley, once reserved for the Ali’i (royalty). A “local guide” will take guests up the river’s North Fork on a kayak tour and short hike through a tropical rainforest to the beautiful 120-foot, Uluwehi Falls (a.k.a. Secret Falls). Approx. 4 miles of easy kayaking, about 1.5 miles of moderate hiking. Tour duration is approximately 4.5 hours and includes: kayak and equipment, dry bag and walking stick.

Recommend guests bring: water friendly shoes (no flip-flops), swimsuit, towels, sunscreen, hat, bug repellent, snacks, beverages, picnic lunch and change of clothes for afterwards.

Transportation to Harbor Mall is NOT included.

Physical requirements: No pregnancies, bad backs or bad knees.
